LUQOM Group seeks a Customer Advisor to handle inquiries via email, phone, or chat for customers across Europe. You will translate questions into effective solutions and record data in our CRM while managing orders and returns.

The role emphasizes Danish and English fluency and involves learning lighting product knowledge. We offer a base salary of EUR 20,500/year for a full-time, 40h/week role with a flexible hybrid setup in Barcelona and the chance to work remotely after six months.

Formación

• Fluent in Danish and solid in English; another language is a plus.

Job Description

Do you speak Danish and are also solid in English? Are you passionate about being on the front line of customer service, answering customer inquiries? If so, seize this opportunity now! We are looking for Customer Advisors to join our Customer Service Department.

What will you do?

As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, communicating with them via email, phone, or chat. Your role involves accurately addressing a wide range of questions and translating issues into effective solutions.

In this position, you will provide proactive advice, and assist customers across Europe in creating the perfect ambiance in their homes. You will achieve this through your growing technical knowledge of our lighting products. Additionally, you will thoroughly record customer data and manage orders, shipments, and returns or warranty claims in our CRM system.

Job Requirements

• are communicative and have a knack for smooth conversations;
• have prior experience as a customer service representative;
• are proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and excel at multitasking;
• are fluent in Danish and you are at least also solid in English;
• would be a standout candidate if you are fluent in a third language (please see the list of additional languages below);
• handle stress well and remain composed under pressure;
• are patient, a good listener, and possess commercial insight;
• have a Spanish Social Security Number and/or a NIE - without it, you cannot start working for us!

Working schedule:

For fulltime employment, 40 hours a week, you will be working 5 days of 8 hours spread over Monday to Saturday from 08:00 - 17:00 // 09:00 - 18:00 (one free hour). Not all markets require working on Saturdays; therefore, it might be possible that you will never have the option to work on that day. Working on Sundays or National Holidays are also a possibility: in that case you will receive an extra allowance, or you can choose for extra free days! Working on Sundays or National Holidays are always voluntarily.
