A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Customer Support Representative fluent in German to join their international team. This remote position allows you to work from Spain, supporting customers through various channels such as social media, chat, phone, and email. You will ensure a positive customer experience by addressing needs and troubleshooting issues. Ideal candidates will be passionate about customer service and have a C2 level in German. The role offers a full-time, rotational shift schedule and additional benefits.

Customer Support Representative (German)

You are fluent in German and passionate about delivering great customer service. Join our international team as a Customer Support Advisor, working remotely from anywhere in Portugal.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers — a true brand ambassador ensuring a smooth and positive experience every time.

Your Role:

You’ll support customers via social media, chat, phone, and email with inquiries about subscriptions, invoicing, and technical issues. You’ll troubleshoot, find solutions, and make sure every customer feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions
• Support account management and software functionality
• Deliver timely, precise responses
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions

What We Offer:

• Remote position in Portugal – work from the comfort of your home
• 6‑month contract with the possibility of extension
• Full‑time, rotational shifts: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–21:00 (Portuguese time)
• 2 days off per week (rotational)

Salary and Benefits:

• Plus two extra salaries per year (as granted by Portuguese law)
• Performance bonus: up to €100 gross/month (paid during the first 12 months)
