Job summary

Cellnex Telecom is seeking a proactive Internal Communications Specialist to support the Group People department's Culture and Employee Experience team. You will draft engaging newsletters, intranet updates and corporate announcements, working with multiple departments to translate priorities into clear messages.

You'll help publish content across channels, monitor engagement, and assist with visual content creation and events, contributing to a cohesive, well-informed workplace culture at

Responsibilities

• Plan, draft and deliver engaging internal communications content.
• Gather information from departments and translate into employee messages.
• Coordinate and publish content across internal channels with tone alignment.
• Monitor performance of internal communications and identify improvements.
• Provide operational support for internal communication tools and mailboxes.
• Assist with creating visual and audiovisual content with basic design skills.
• Prepare departmental reports, presentations and materials for stakeholders.
• Help organise corporate events like year-end events and town halls.
