Empresa Confidencial in Madrid, a global energy company, seeks an experienced Communications & Culture Specialist to join the Communications team. You will develop internal campaigns, coordinate content and engage employees across regions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in communications or related field, 3+ years of experience, and excellent English writing skills. You will collaborate with HR, branding and management to align messaging with strategy.

Formación

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in internal/corporate communications or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills; adapt messaging to audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities; multi-priority handling.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
• Proactive, creative, hands-on approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Internal Communications: develop and coordinate internal campaigns, newsletters, announcements, updates and other materials across channels.
• Content Creation: write and edit engaging content for internal audiences, ensuring consistency in tone and branding.
• Communication Planning: support development and implementation of internal plans aligned with strategy and culture.
• Employee Engagement: contribute to campaigns strengthening engagement and sense of belonging across countries.
• Corporate Events & Initiatives: support internal events, campaigns and milestones.
• Employer Branding & External Communications: assist with external initiatives and social media when required.
• Brand & Corporate Identity: ensure alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Stakeholder Management: work with HR, People, Management and teams to identify needs and translate into content.
• Agency Coordination: collaborate with external agencies on content and timelines when needed.
• Research & Trends: monitor industry trends to improve internal communication.
• Measurement & Analysis: track performance and propose improvements from feedback.
