Job summary

Cellnex Telecom is seeking a proactive Internal Communications Specialist to support the Group People department's Culture and Employee Experience team. You will draft engaging newsletters, intranet updates and corporate announcements, working with multiple departments to translate priorities into clear messages.

What you'll do

• Contributing to the planning, drafting and delivery of engaging internal communications content, including newsletters, intranet updates and corporate announcements.
• Working closely with different departments to gather information, understand business priorities and translate them into clear, employee-focused messages.
• Supporting the coordination and publication of content across internal channels, ensuring consistency, accuracy and alignment with the company’s tone of voice.
• Helping monitor the performance of internal communication initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve reach, engagement and impact.
• Providing operational support for internal communication tools, platforms and generic communication mailboxes.
• Assisting with the creation of visual and audiovisual content, applying basic graphic design and video editing skills where required.
• Supporting the preparation of departmental reports, presentations and communication materials for internal stakeholders.
• Contributing to the organisation and communication of corporate events, such as year-end events, town halls, workshops and other employee engagement initiatives.
