Job summary

E80 Group is hiring a Customer Service Sales Area Manager to oversee the post-sales portfolio across Spain. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience, maintaining strong relationships, and driving service improvements throughout the E80 system lifecycle.

Regular site visits, coordination with Sales and Operations, and budget-driven account management are key. Fluency in Spanish is essential, Italian is a plus, and travel up to half of the year is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or post-sales management within complex B2B environments.
• Years of experience in industrial automation with knowledge of systems and their operation.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent customer relationships and issue management abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Fluent in Spanish; Italian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-sales portfolio across Spain ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor performance, manage overdue payments, and escalate critical issues with safety in mind.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to improve service offerings and plan budgets.
• Update monthly sales forecast and contribute to the annual business plan.
• Coordinate with Sales team for new systems and joint commercial strategies.
