Stealth Startup is seeking an experienced Business Development Lead – Crypto Acquiring to drive merchant and PSP partnerships, expanding the crypto acquiring network and crypto payment acceptance across EEA, LATAM, Africa, and APAC.

The role requires strong fintech or crypto payments expertise, deep understanding of the acquiring ecosystem, and the ability to translate strategic goals into commercial success. English fluency is essential, with additional regional language skills a plus.

Formación

• 5–8 years of BD or partnerships experience in payments, acquiring, or fintech.
• Experience with PSPs or crypto exchanges is preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional regional language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Source, evaluate, and onboard PSPs, acquiring banks, and crypto gateways to expand the network.
• Build partnerships with e-commerce, gaming, and fintech merchants for crypto acceptance.
• Develop go-to-market strategies to increase volume and merchant adoption.
• Collaborate with card scheme partners to expand crypto payment capabilities.
