Klöckner Pentaplast is seeking a Commercial Excellence Specialist to strengthen the Trays sales organisation by improving day-to-day operations, sales processes and CRM governance. This role will collaborate across the business to turn needs into practical improvements that boost productivity and growth.

• Experience supporting customer-facing sales teams or commercial operations.
• Exposure to CRM initiatives, process governance, digitalisation or automation.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Account Managers in day-to-day operations per SLA.
• Own Salesforce initiatives (mobile experience, opportunity UX, Outlook integration).
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for IT delivery.
• Coordinate testing and alignment with sales and functions.
• Act as CRM Key User for Trays, point of contact for CRM Champions.
• Improve Salesforce adoption, data quality and user proficiency.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive standardisation and automation.
