Hager Group is seeking a CRM Administrator (m/f/d) & Business Analytics Specialist to maximize CRM value. You will support users, ensure data quality, drive adoption, and turn data into insights for Sales and Business teams.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, and international teams to align priorities, translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions, and support central initiatives locally.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Experience in business analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main point of contact for CRM users across the local organization.
• Provide day-to-day CRM support, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
• Create, implement, support and optimize CRM-related business processes.
• Drive CRM adoption and promote best practices across Sales teams.
• Define, organize, deliver and evaluate user training sessions and workshops.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance within the CRM platform.
• Analyze CRM and sales data to identify trends and translate insights into initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and international stakeholders to align priorities.
• Support system enhancements, testing activities, and new releases in CRM.
