Social You in Barcelona seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to drive marketing automation initiatives across campaigns and journeys. You will balance hands-on implementation with strategic direction to transform digital marketing at scale.

You will collaborate with business owners and marketing teams, optimize data-driven metrics, and lead backlog management in an agile environment. Fluency in English and cross-cultural collaboration are valued traits.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience in an agile environment; ideally with scaled agile framework.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and/or CRM; familiarity with Google Analytics and channel tracking.
• Fluency in English; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and prioritize product backlog for Salesforce Marketing Cloud-based campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement and optimize customer journeys (Journey Builder) and CloudPages.
• Measure digital marketing metrics, analyze customer data, and optimize campaigns and workflows.
• Identify architecture and process-improvement opportunities across design, development, and IT deployment.
• Lead feature discovery and manage sprint planning for marketing automation features.
• Present complex topics clearly to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.

In this role you drive Salesforce Marketing Cloud-powered marketing initiatives within the Barcelona hub, partnering with business owners, marketing teams, and external partners. You shape feature delivery for campaigns, optimize journeys and data-driven metrics, and lead backlogs in an agile setting. You’ll balance hands-on implementation with strategic product direction to support digital marketing transformation. This is an opportunity to influence marketing automation at scale while collaborating across cultures.
