kp is seeking a driven Commercial Excellence Specialist to support the Trays sales organisation by strengthening day-to-day commercial operations, sales processes and CRM governance. You will help Account Managers operate effectively, act as the key Salesforce contact for the Trays segment and turn business needs into practical improvements.

This influential role connects people, systems and processes to improve sales productivity and help achieve growth targets.

Formación

• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, ERP systems, Power BI and Jira.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders.
• Proven track record in improving sales productivity and CRM governance.

Responsabilidades

• Support Account Managers in day-to-day operations in line with the Roles & Responsibilities SLA framework.
• Act as business owner for Salesforce initiatives including mobile experience, opportunity UX and Outlook integration.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and partner with IT for delivery.
• Coordinate testing and alignment with sales team members and functions.
• Serve as CRM Key User for Trays and main contact for CRM Champions.
• Improve Salesforce adoption, data quality and user proficiency across Trays.
