Job summary

EPISODƎ is seeking a CRM & Reporting Junior to join our Marketing team in Barcelona. You will scale and elevate our CRM (HubSpot) and data infrastructure, acting as a bridge between Marketing, Tech, Leasing, and Asset Management to drive data-driven decisions.

With 2–3 years of CRM/data analysis experience, you will design workflows, dashboards, and reporting, while maintaining GDPR-compliant data hygiene and enabling cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in CRM and data analysis in digital-first environments.
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Workflows, and Reporting modules.
• Native/Fluent Spanish and professional English. Availability to work from Barcelona starting Nov 2026.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HubSpot database hygiene and GDPR compliance across pipelines.
• Design, build, and optimize automated workflows and lead scoring models.
• Build segmented email campaigns and nurturing sequences with A/B testing.
• Ensure data integrity across web, forms, and CRM with proper attribution.
• Collaborate with Leasing and Asset Management to standardize pipelines in HubSpot.
• Create and maintain dashboards and periodic reports in HubSpot for Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Translate data into actionable insights for leadership and department heads.
