Hager España is seeking a CRM Administrator (m/f/d) & Business Analyst to join the Marketing & Sales Excellence team in La Roca. You will manage CRM systems, ensure data quality, and translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions that support Sales and Marketing initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Dynamics 365 or Salesforce, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.

Formación

• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to translate business requirements into CRM improvements and insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main CRM contact for local users.
• Provide day-to-day CRM support and guidance.
• Define, implement, and optimize CRM processes.
• Drive CRM adoption and best practices across Sales teams.
• Develop training sessions and workshops for users.
• Ensure data quality and governance in CRM.
• Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs for decision making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and international stakeholders.
