Legendz is seeking a creative, hands-on CRM & Promotions Lead in Marbella to own our promotional calendar and bring player communications to life across our casino brands.

You’ll lead the CRM and Social teams, shaping the campaign concept from copy to delivery, driving engagement, retention and measurable business results while partnering with VIPs and the wider marketing team. You’ll turn business priorities into campaigns that engage players and encourage return visits.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading CRM, promotions or retention activity, with responsibility for both planning and delivery.
• Experience managing a team, setting clear expectations and improving the quality of its work.
• A background in online casino, social casino, sweepstakes or a closely related gaming business.
• Excellent English copywriting skills and a flair for fun, engaging communications, ideally for US audiences.
• Strong commercial judgement, with an understanding of player value, promotional costs and retention performance.
• Practical experience with CRM platforms, segmentation, automated journeys and campaign reporting.
• Confidence directing creative work and connecting CRM, promotions, social content and community activity.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail across multiple brands and competing deadlines.
• An proactive, hands‑on approach, with the confidence to lead and the willingness to get into the detail.
• An openness to feedback, a willingness to experiment and the discipline to turn learning into better results.

Aufgaben

• Lead CRM and Social teams with clear priorities, expectations and feedback, coordinating workloads and developing skills.
• Own weekly and monthly calendars across our brands, bringing together offers, events, launches and headline campaigns.
• Develop promotions for different player segments, balancing appeal, costs and commercial goals.
• Lead onboarding, retention and reactivation activity, partnering with the VIP team on campaigns for high‑value players.
• Set a high standard for subject lines, emails and campaign assets; brief designers and give clear feedback.
• Own the journey from idea through setup, quality checks, approvals, launch and analysis.
• Guide the Social Media Manager’s content and community plans, aligning with strategy.
• Align email, onsite, social and other CRM channels with consistent messaging and segmentation.
• Own campaign and lifecycle reporting; turn insights into actionable decisions.
• Build reliable checks and approvals into delivery, covering audiences, offers, rewards and terms.
