Minor Hotels Europe and Americas is seeking a CRM & Promotions Manager to oversee CRM campaigns and promotional initiatives across Europe and the Americas. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years' experience in CRM, and be proficient in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include managing multi-channel campaigns, collaborating with teams, and focusing on campaign performance analysis. Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing roles.
• Experience coordinating initiatives in international environments.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of CRM and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Digital teams.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise KPIs.
• Design customer lifecycle journeys and segmentation strategies.
