Searchability® is recruiting a CRM Manager for an online iGaming operator, based in Melilla with relocation if needed. You will lead customer retention, loyalty and lifecycle strategy to boost activity, engagement and lifetime value.

Design and manage multichannel CRM campaigns and automated journeys, promotional calendars and segmentation. Work closely with marketing, commercial and operations; own CRM reporting, campaign optimisation and budgeting while ensuring compliance with Spanish gaming

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing CRM activity.
• Strong experience in retention and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience creating and optimising automated CRM journeys.
• Strong segmentation and personalisation knowledge.
• Experience managing promotions and loyalty programmes.
• Strong analytics and KPI monitoring.
• Experience in iGaming, sports betting, eCommerce or high-frequency digital environments.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or similar.
• Willingness to live and work in Melilla.
• Fluent Spanish.

Responsabilidades
