Volpak is seeking a proactive Order Management and Customer Service Specialist to support global order fulfillment within the Spare Parts Operations team in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with Purchasing, Planning, Technical Office, Warehouse and Finance to ensure accurate processing and timely communications, building strong relationships with customers and partners.

• Manage customer communications via email in a professional, customer-focused manner.
• Develop direct relationships with customers and external partners as a trusted contact.
