Volpak is seeking a proactive Order Management and Customer Service Specialist to support global order fulfillment within the Spare Parts Operations team in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with Purchasing, Planning, Technical Office, Warehouse and Finance to ensure accurate processing and timely communications, building strong relationships with customers and partners.

In this role you support global order management and customer service within Volpak's Spare Parts Operations team. You will collaborate with Purchasing, Planning, Technical Office, Warehouse and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment and a positive customer experience. The position offers exposure to international processes and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment. You will build direct relationships with customers and external partners, adding value through accurate processing and proactive communication.

• Experience in administrative, customer service, order management or back-office roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• English proficiency (B2 level or equivalent)
• SAP knowledge considered a plus
