Job summary

Gamma Recruitment is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager in the Barcelona area. You will lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs across multiple countries, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget execution with measurable business value and strong user adoption.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Salesforce/CRM project leadership, robust stakeholder and vendor management, and experience with Agile/Scrum. Hybrid work and a client-focused transformation agenda are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Agile certifications will be valued and Salesforce certifications will be highly valued.
• High level of English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce programs and projects across multiple countries.
• Define and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, risks, and budget.
• Act as main point of contact between business stakeholders, IT leadership, and external partners.
• Manage SI/vendors and project financials including budget tracking and forecasting.
• Oversee integration and data migration between Salesforce, ERP, and other platforms.
• Coordinate testing (UAT), cut-over, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Lead change management, training and communication to drive user adoption.
• Track KPIs and dashboards (SmartSheet, PPM, Jira) and report to steering committees.
• Identify and mitigate risks; resolve conflicts with senior stakeholders.

Job description

We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience with excellent lidership skills to lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs and projects across the client landscape, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and that they generate measurable business value and user adoption in line with the cliente's transformation agenda.

What will you do:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-country Salesforce programs and projects (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ), from business case and scoping to go-live and hypercare.
• Define and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, milestones, interdependencies, risks, capacity constraints, resources and budget.
• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, the Salesforce IT Vertical lead, other Technology teams and external implementation partners.
• Manage system integrators and vendors (statements of work, deliverables, quality) and own project financials: budget tracking, forecasting and reporting of deviations.
• Oversee integration and data migration activities between Salesforce, ERP and other enterprise platforms.
• Coordinate testing strategy, user acceptance testing (UAT), cut-over planning, deployment and post-implementation support, ensuring operational readiness and a smooth handover to run teams.
• Lead structured change management, training and communication plans to drive user adoption and process optimization.
• Track project KPIs and health through up-to-date dashboards (SmartSheet, PPM, Jira or equivalent) and report progress to steering committees and senior leadership.
• Identify, elevate and mitigate risks proactively, promote alignment and resolve conflicts with senior stakeholders, participating in governance meetings as required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, templates and best practices within Global Transformation, and mentor less experienced project team members.

What we are looking for:

• Solid track record managing Salesforce/CRM projects and global roll-outs in multinational environments.
• Strong project management, planning and financial control skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, including executive-level stakeholder management.
• Proven experience managing system integrators and external vendors.
• Experience managing projects with 15+ stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders when needed.
• Can drive decisions without direct hierarchical authority.
• History of turning around delayed initiatives.
• Proven experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
• Owns project delivery from business case to go-live and hypercare.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• PMP, Prince2 or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
• Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, PSM/CSM, SAFe) will be valued. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) will be highly valued.
• High level of English (C1)
