Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of CRM platforms and integration across systems.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable CRM solutions.
• Agile or Scrum project leadership experience.
• Experience with CI/CD and version control tools.

Responsibilities

• Design the architecture systems in the CRM domain for high performance and scalability.
• Design and optimize digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain software architecture documentation.
• Ensure architectural integrity across the development lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Review design and code for best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement within the team.
• Participate in project planning and estimation.
