Empresaconfidencial seeks an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs across multiple countries. You will manage business cases, scope, resources, and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve on-time, on-scope, and on-budget outcomes.

• Senior project management experience in Salesforce or CRM programs.
• Experience leading multi-country Salesforce deployments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and forecast financials.
• Strong leadership and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce programs and projects across multiple countries.
• Define and maintain integrated project plans with scope, milestones, risks, and budget.
• Serve as main liaison between business stakeholders, IT leadership, and external partners.
• Manage SI and vendors, OWs, deliverables, and project financials.
• Oversee data migration and integration with ERP and other platforms.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Lead change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.
• Track KPIs with dashboards and report to steering committees.
