Job summary

Fever is seeking a CRM Solutions Engineer to turn user data and business questions into actionable insights and improvements for Fever’s global CRM strategy. You’ll design segmentation, measure engagement impact, and translate findings into concrete recommendations for the broader team.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering and Product to automate reporting, build dashboards, and define targeting logic for CRM campaigns, shaping Fever's customer experience across markets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a data-analytical role (customer analytics, BI, analytics consulting, or CRM strategy).
• Strong SQL skills to extract and transform data independently.
• Python or R for analysis and automation; comfortable scripting analyses.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain customer segmentation models, cohort analyses, and behavioural analytics frameworks for Fever's global user base.
• Define measurement and attribution methodologies for CRM initiatives and quantify impact on retention, frequency, and revenue.
• Translate business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to build and automate reporting pipelines, dashboards, and data products for CRM performance.
• Work with the CRM execution team to define audience targeting logic, personalization rules, and trigger conditions grounded in data.
• Identify growth levers across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, win-back) and propose data-backed strategies to improve each.
• Support cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Product, and Data teams on CRM strategy and roadmap priorities.
