Suntory Beverage & Food Spain is seeking a strategic and commercially minded People & Culture Business Partner to partner with the Commercial Function across Iberia during transformation and growth.

In this visible role, you will shape and implement people strategies that support objectives, lead change initiatives, and ensure an outstanding employee experience for approximately 500 Iberia employees while aligning with Suntory values.

Formación

• Significant HRBP experience in complex organisations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Strong business acumen linking people strategy to commercial outcomes.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience leading change and transformation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted People & Culture advisor to the Commercial Leadership Team.
• Translate business priorities into impactful people strategies and actions.
• Provide strategic guidance on organisation design, talent, culture and workforce planning.
• Influence leadership decisions that support sustainable business growth.
• Drive the people agenda for the implementation and consolidation of the new Commercial Model.
• Lead change management initiatives that support business transformation.
• Ensure leaders and employees are engaged and empowered during change journeys.
• Foster adoption of new ways of working across the Commercial Function.
• Identify future capability requirements and support workforce development strategies.
• Develop succession planning and talent pipelines with leaders.
• Drive initiatives that improve performance, growth and organisational effectiveness.
• Support the development of future leaders across the Commercial Function.
