Suntory Global Spirits in Madrid seeks an HR professional to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and to foster a productive workplace environment.

You will advise on contracts, policies, and HR practices, support payroll changes, and work with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, TA and Payroll to ensure a positive employee experience. English communication is essential and experience with HR systems and transformation projects is valued.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Confident written and verbal English communication.
• Experience working on transformation and automation projects/initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Provide responsive, employee-focused HR support to employees and managers.
• Support compliance with local employment legislation and ER requirements.
• Advise on contracts, HR policies, and standard practices.
• Coordinate monthly employee and payroll changes.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, TA and Payroll for initiatives.
• Support local People initiatives and projects for consistent employee experience.
• Administer local employee benefits programs and liaise with providers.
• Maintain accurate HR data, run audits, and prepare HR reports.
• Contribute to standardization and automation of People processes.

This position is based in Madrid, Spain and will appeal to you if you are looking to manage the end-to-end employee life cycle. You will play a critical role in managing all aspects of employee relations from Onboarding to Offboarding, bringing your unique experience and perspective, fostering a productive workplace environment, and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and employee-focused support to employees and managers on HR-related queries and issues that cannot be resolved through self-service, applying sound judgment within established policies and procedures.
• Support compliance with local employment legislation and Employee Relations requirements, identifying potential risks and escalating complex or higher-risk matters as appropriate.
• Advise employees and managers on employment contracts, People Solutions policies, procedures, and standard HR practices, ensuring consistent interpretation and application.
• Coordinate monthly employee and payroll changes, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to the payroll team.
• Provide support to assigned employee populations, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of global, regional, and local People initiatives and projects, contributing to effective execution, change adoption, and consistent employee experience.
• Administer local employee benefit programs, acting as a key liaison with employees, providers, and internal stakeholders on eligibility, coverage, records, billing, and related queries.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems, perform regular audits, and prepare HR reports, data extracts, and ad hoc analysis to support People and business needs.
• Contribute to the simplification, standardization, and automation of People processes, helping reduce complexity and improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Law or Labor Relations preferred.
• Confident written and verbal English communication
• Experience working on transformation and automation projects/ initiatives
• Experience working with HR systems - SuccessFactors preferred
