Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Associate Director of Revenue Management to lead pricing, yield and total revenue optimization for a designated cluster of hotels. You will collaborate with hotel teams and commercial stakeholders to drive revenue growth and exceed budgets.

The role requires strong analytical ability and leadership, experience with RM systems (IDeaS G3, Duetto), PMS/Distribution tools, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Understand market dynamics and monitor competitor pricing to grow revenue and RevPAR.
• Deliver effective pricing and ensure optimal inventory for revenue streams and market segments.
• Generate revenue forecasts and budgets and ensure accuracy for all hotels within area of responsibility.
• Understand, investigate and extract data from relevant systems needed for problem solving and analysis.
• Embrace and lead implementation of new projects, systems and tools to maximize revenue.
• Develop strong business relationships across departments and ensure team is aligned with the company direction.
• Direct management of team or key revenue projects.
