Job summary

Zscaler is seeking an Account Executive, Commercial, Spain to join our Madrid team. This hybrid role reports to the Sales Director in Commercial, focusing on net new logos and up-sell within mid‑sized accounts.

You will demonstrate the value of our cloud security platform and drive growth across Spain. Successful candidates will have 3+ years in quota‑driven sales, experience selling to commercial accounts in Spain, and a proven ability to navigate multi‑stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI‑driven solutions.
• At least 3 years of sales experience with a revenue quota in the Spanish market.
• Track record of net new logos and leveraging channel partnerships.
• Willingness to be coached and follow a proven sales process.
• Ability to lead ‘team sales’ with internal resources and partners.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a territory focused on net new logos and up‑sell opportunities.
• Build business cases that show value and differentiation at all customer levels.
• Partner with Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, and other teams throughout sales cycles.
• Drive pipeline generation with modern techniques and strong channel partnerships.
• Execute a disciplined sales process from start to finish with accountability for growth.
