Job summary

TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a Cloud Catalog and Product Analyst to support catalog maintenance across internal systems and platforms. You will focus on reducing errors, improving data quality, and helping implement new operational processes for multiple vendors in the EMEA region.

The role requires analytical thinking, ability to work independently, and experience with data gathering, spreadsheets, and BI tools. Familiarity with Freshdesk or other ticketing tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of business analysis and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in analytical tools, including data gathering and analysis, spreadsheets, and BI/reporting tools.
• Will be a plus: Experience with e-commerce platforms and SAP; Understanding of the IT software, services, or SaaS industry; Experience in IT channel, Pan-European distribution, or software vendor environments; Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Freshdesk.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product data and support process improvement activities to increase operational efficiency.
• Use ticketing tools to manage and resolve catalog-related queries from EMEA countries.
• Support the deployment of new operational processes for different vendors.
• Maintain, manage, and continuously improve catalog data quality.
• Support on AI initiatives and automation tools designed to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Support the onboarding of new Cloud vendors when required.
