TD SYNNEX in Barcelona is seeking a Billing Analyst to drive billing accuracy and cost optimization within the Cloud Systems & Services team. The role focuses on vendor billing, order-to-cash, and purchase-order management across Europe in a hybrid work setting.

You will leverage strong Excel skills, SAP proficiency, and analytical capabilities to improve processes, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with global stakeholders.

• Proven understanding of e-commerce systems and processes.
• Experience with SAP order-to-cash and billing tasks.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capability.

Responsabilidades

• Assess vendor and stakeholder needs and optimize billing workflows.
• Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for billing operations.
• Manage order-to-cash and purchase-order processes across Europe for TD Cloud.
• Document processes and coordinate with offshore teams.
