Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Cloud Marketplace and Process Analyst to optimize business processes across Europe. You will support country teams and partners, improve platform adoption, and collaborate with sales, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data-driven insights, and strong stakeholder management in a hybrid work environment across Europe. English fluency is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

Experience in process improvement, operations, or business analysis.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage Freshdesk queues and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
Act as the main point of contact for country teams, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Support vendor-related operational activities and platform management.
Provide operational insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaborate with IT and platform teams to enhance business operations.
Drive user adoption and best practices across cloud and digital platforms.
