Job summary

AXA XL in Madrid, Spain, invites motivated law or insurance graduates to join as a Claims Assistant on an Insurance Internship. Work alongside our Claims professionals in a large multinational group, gaining both practical and theoretical skills.

You will support the Claims team with portfolio management, monthly reports, and learning policy wordings and claims analysis, while collaborating across departments to build an internal network and deliver excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Graduating or recent graduate in law or insurance.
• Good command of English and Spanish.
• Curious and passionate about the insurance industry and large risks.
• Data analysis skills and knowledge of Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and adaptability to diverse interlocutors.

Responsibilities

• Support the Claims team in managing and developing claims portfolio.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and in learning policy wordings and claims analysis.
• Collaborate with other departments to transfer information and data for effective client and claims service.
