Job summary

Jobgether, acting for a partner in Spain, is seeking a Product Lead to shape product strategy and drive development of innovative iGaming solutions in a fully remote setting. You will oversee roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and mentor a team of Product Managers to deliver measurable business value.

In this leadership role you will collaborate across business and technical teams, use analytics and experiments to inform decisions, and translate market insights into actionable plans that fuel

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior product leadership role.
• Proven track record in iGaming or similar fast-moving sectors.
• Ability to mentor Product Managers and build high-performing teams.
• Strong strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery.
• Data-driven with experience in product analytics and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead roadmap planning and cross-functional prioritization.
• Mentor and develop Product Managers.
• Collaborate with business, tech, and other stakeholders.
