Job summary

Bybit EU GmbH is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) for the EU to steer product strategy, innovation and development across regulated digital asset services. You will own the European product management, analytics and governance, driving growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead multi-market product portfolios, collaborate with Technology, Trading, Operations and Compliance, and shape customer experiences across onboarding, trading and payments in European markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management/digital financial services or tech.
• Executive leadership experience in crypto/fintech/trading/brokerage or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of crypto trading, derivatives, digital assets, payments and investment services.
• Experience in regulated environments and product governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute European product strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Own the European product roadmap, priorities, investment allocation and portfolio performance.
• Identify market opportunities and emerging technologies to drive growth.
• Develop competitive product propositions across priority European markets.
• Lead the European Product Management function and oversee end-to-end lifecycle management.
