Impress, Europe’s largest orthodontic clinics chain, is seeking a VP of People at our Barcelona HQ. You will lead the People team, shape the company’s people strategy, and partner with the executive team to drive growth across multiple countries.

In this role you will oversee HR operations, payroll, and employee lifecycle, ensure scalable processes, manage talent and performance, and drive HR transformation with data analytics while adhering to Spanish labour regulations.

Formación

• Experience leading HR operations across multiple countries.
• Strong leadership and hands-on management style.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish labour regulations and compliance.
• Proven ability to design scalable People processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and inspire the People team with clear priorities and operational excellence.
• Partner with the Executive Team to define and execute the company’s People strategy.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll, and the employee lifecycle across regions.
• Drive talent management, performance reviews, and compensation strategy.
• Support organizational growth, workforce planning, and international expansion.
• Lead HR transformation, automation, and data-driven initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
