Impress is the No.1 chain of technology-enabled orthodontic clinics in Europe, redefining care through tech and digital journeys. We are seeking a People Business Partner to partner with clinical and operational leadership in a hybrid role reporting to the Director of Labor Relations.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in remote HR and labor relations.
• Experience with labor laws.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and implement HR strategies, policies, and standardized processes to meet current and future organizational needs.
• Improve our performance review, supporting management in delivering review KPIs and updating our policies.
• Partner with leaders to align human capital strategy with business objectives. Provide coaching to leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and change management.
• Analyze workforce pulse (surveys, turnover data) to identify trends. Develop and execute retention strategies and culture-building initiatives.
• Guide management through performance issues, corrective actions, and termination processes, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
• Manage the end-to-end disciplinary process for complex cases. Execute dismissals and mutual separations in strict compliance with local legislation and due process to mitigate legal risk.
• Act as the primary interface with Works Councils and Labour inspections. Lead consultations and negotiations regarding collective agreements and internal regulations.
• Advise leadership on organizational restructuring or service changes, ensuring all information and consultation requirements with employee representatives are met.
