Impress is seeking an HR People Business Partner with US market experience to act as a strategic partner to clinical and operational leadership. In this hybrid role, you will balance high-level HR with technical Labor Relations.

You will shape HR strategies, support performance reviews, manage disciplinary actions, and liaise with Works Councils. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with remote HR experience a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in remote HR and labor relations.
• Strong knowledge of US Labor Relations.
• Experience with Labor Laws and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Coach leadership on organizational design, talent planning and change management.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and develop retention strategies.

• Interact with Works Councils and Labour inspections; lead consultations on collective agreements.
• Advise leadership on restructuring and service changes with employee consultations.

This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Labor Relations

We are seeking an HR People Business Partner with US Market experience to act as a strategic partner to clinical and operational leadership. In this hybrid role, you will balance high-level HR with technical Labor Relations

• Shape and implement HR strategies, policies, and standardized processes to meet current and future organizational needs.
• Improve our performance review, supporting our management in delivering review KPIs and updating our policies.
• Partner with leaders to align human capital strategy with business objectives. Provide coaching to leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and change management.
• Analyze workforce pulse (surveys, turnover data) to identify trends. Develop and execute retention strategies and culture-building initiatives.
• Guide management through performance issues, corrective actions, and termination processes, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
• Manage the end-to-end disciplinary process for complex cases. Execute dismissals and mutual separations in strict compliance with local legislation and due process to mitigate legal risk.
• Act as the primary interface with Works Councils and Labour inspections. Lead consultations and negotiations regarding collective agreements and internal regulations.
• Advise leadership on organizational restructuring or service changes, ensuring all information and consultation requirements with employee representatives are met.

What do you need to be successful:

• High level of English and Spanish - any other European language is a plus.
• Experience in remote HR & Labor Relations, minimum 5 years
• Knowledge of US Labor Relations.
• Experience in Labor Laws.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
