Impress, the leading orthodontic network in Europe, is seeking a Sales Manager based in Barcelona to spearhead growth and profitability across our clinics. You will travel frequently across Spain, lead a multidisciplinary team, and align clinic performance with ambitious revenue targets.

Formación

• Experience in B2C sales.
• Autonomy and the ability to work on projects; advanced analytical, planning, and deadline management skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish (ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS).
• Availability for frequent travel.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and profitability of Impress operations in the region, driving sales and profit across clinics.
• Lead rented spaces and flagship clinics, responsible for performance and operations.
• Act as liaison between General Manager and clinics; communicate vision, motivate team, ensure high performance.
• Monitor daily/weekly sales plans of Clinic Managers, Treatment Coordinators and doctors; track conversions and implement improvements.
• Ensure budgets compliance; maximize revenue streams and minimize costs with Clinic Managers.
• Lead and train the sales team, hygienists and dentists in best practices; monitor KPIs.
• Engage with clients to maintain enthusiasm throughout their journey toward a confident smile.
• Ensure compliance with sales/operational processes and follow-up procedures; resolve escalated issues.
• Organize team work schedules (sales, hygienists, dentists); ensure training and efficiency.
• Participate in recruitment, training, feedback and contract termination processes.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and protocols.
• Guarantee seamless customer experience at every stage of journey.
• Support a flawless image in clinics and drive high Net Promoter Scores.
