Banco Santander SA is seeking a Senior AI Transformation lead in Madrid to drive AI-enabled reform across Wealth Management & Insurance. You will partner with business, Data & AI, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations to scale Copilot, agents and automation across domains.

You will translate business pain into actionable AI solutions, build adoption roadmaps, and lead governance to ensure safe, compliant delivery across geographies.

Formación

• 6+ years in business transformation or related fields within financial services.
• Experience translating business needs into technology-enabled initiatives.
• Hands-on with generative AI tools and KPIs, adoption metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute AI transformation plans for WM&I domains.
• Identify high-value AI use cases across wealth lifecycle.
• Translate pain points into AI solutions and adoption journeys.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to map activities and KPIs.
• Build business cases, adoption roadmaps and KPI frameworks.
