MindMatch in Alcobendas (Comunidad de Madrid, Spain) seeks an experienced AI Engineer Sr. Specialist to lead and evolve the company’s AI capabilities, defining strategy and coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will drive predictive, generative, and agentic AI initiatives with Business, Data, Technology, Governance, and AI Governance teams to deliver scalable solutions that create measurable value while complying with regulatory standards.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years leading AI, Innovation, Data, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI solutions within business environments.
• Previous experience in financial services or highly regulated sectors desirable.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsabilidades

• Define AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases and coordinate delivery.
• Design, implement and operate AI solutions.
