Getnet Payments is seeking an AI Adoption & Transformation Operations Associate based in Madrid to help drive the company’s AI transformation, governance, and portfolio visibility.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, finance, HR, and legal, preparing executive materials and tracking progress with discipline.

This role offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to turn AI strategy into measurable business impact.

Formación

• 4-6+ years in transformation, PMO, or AI/digital initiatives.
• Strong ability to coordinate across business, technology, finance, HR, legal and global teams.
• Good understanding of AI, GenAI, analytics, and responsible AI concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Support adoption and rollout of global AI products across Getnet, coordinating readiness, owners, blockers and next steps.
• Maintain AI transformation portfolio with clear status, owner, value logic, risks and exposures for executive visibility.
• Coordinate AI inventory and governance follow-up with business owners for information and evidence.
• Consolidate inputs for budget, financial follow-up and value management discussions for AI leadership with Finance partnership.
• Act as coordination point for AI-related people, legal, compliance, risk and technology dependencies with owners.
• Prepare executive reports, decision materials and trackers for AI leadership, global forums and local sponsors.
• Facilitate communication, training and responsible AI adoption across countries and teams.
• Reduce operational friction for AI leadership by structuring priorities, owners and escalation points.
