Accenture in Spain seeks a senior transformation leader to drive the GCC lifecycle from strategy and business case origination through design, setup, operationalisation, and ongoing transformation. You will advise CFOs, CHROs, COOs, and CTOs, shaping decisions on scope, governance and AI-enabled reinvention.

You will lead cross-functional programs, build high-performing delivery teams, and mentor junior talent while expanding capabilities in AI, analytics, and digital innovation to deliver

Formación

• 8–12 years in consulting with large-scale transformation leadership.
• Ability to advise at senior levels and boardroom credibility across functions.
• Breadth across finance, HR, supply chain, tech, marketing, data or AI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full GCC lifecycle from strategy to continuous transformation.
• Act as a C-suite advisor shaping GCC scope, operating model, governance and AI-enabled reinvention.
• Design and implement AI-first GCC capabilities embedding intelligence agents and next-gen tech.
• Lead GCC set-up programmes: governance design, talent mobilisation, Day One readiness, and command center powered by Reinvention AI.
• Drive transformation programmes: GCC health checks, capability expansion, modernisation, and workforce reskilling for an AI-led future.
• Shape new client opportunities, contributing to business development and thought leadership.
• Build and coach high-performing delivery teams; develop junior talent and foster a culture of learning.
