You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, shape market strategies, and support organizational design while benefiting from a hybrid work model, global exposure, and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Master’s degree in relevant business field.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in strategy/management consulting.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and ability to advise clients on AI adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver strategic consulting services focusing on transformation and operational excellence.
• Lead strategic initiatives including market entry, growth, and digital transformation.
• Conduct analyses of business models, markets, and customers to inform decisions.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to align goals and plans.
• Support change management and implementation for programs.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Drive business development and client relationships.
