Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional guest service.
• Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages will be valued.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge; wine knowledge will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and personalized food & beverage service in accordance with Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently while providing menu recommendations and product knowledge.
• Ensure the correct setup, cleanliness and presentation of the assigned station before, during and after service.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to guarantee timely service delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle requests and resolve concerns professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, wine list and daily specials.
• Process payments accurately and follow all cash handling procedures when required.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
