Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona is seeking a skilled Chef de Rang to deliver exceptional dining experiences at Restaurant Blanc. Based at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona within the Food & Beverage Department, you will lead with professional, attentive service and uphold the hotel’s luxury standards.

Role requires fluent English and Spanish, previous experience in luxury hotels or fine dining, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Experience in luxury hospitality settings is essential.
• Strong guest service mindset and professional presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalized food and beverage service in line with Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Take orders accurately, provide menu recommendations and product knowledge.
• Maintain station setup, cleanliness and presentation before, during and after service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns and ensure exclusive guest experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wine list and daily specials.
• Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Support colleagues and promote a collaborative team environment.
