MET Group, a European energy company, is launching MET Retail in Madrid. We seek a Head of Finance BtoC for the new business unit to lead all financial, accounting, risk management and treasury activities from day one.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in senior finance roles in BtoC, ideally within energy or regulated markets.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Ability to blend strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience building scalable systems, processes and teams in high growth.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial, accounting, risk management and treasury activities with discipline and transparency.
• Act as strategic partner to local business and international management.
• Develop and execute financing strategy aligned with growth plans.
