Job summary

Managing Composites is seeking a hands-on Finance Director to own the group’s financial function across MC and WIMH Group from Madrid. You will lead a small team, interface with the CEO and Board, and drive capital allocation, FP&A, and group reporting.

The role requires deep financial ownership and the ability to scale the function for growth. Based in Madrid, you will coordinate Spanish and UK tax and reporting, oversee audits, and build a robust financial framework for acquisitions and future

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance, including CFO/FD role.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Be the CEO's and Board's main financial partner with independent judgement.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and capital allocation.
• Improve reporting to drive decisions on margin, EBITDA and cash.
• Automate and scale finance through tech, not just headcount.
• Own statutory audit and manage relationships with auditors.
• Own treasury, banking, funding and debt.
