Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cash handling in a guest-facing environment.
• Proven customer service skills for courteous and professional guest interaction.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with guests and shipboard staff to resolve issues.
• Skilled in counting cash, coins, and preparing reconciliation reports.
• Familiar with Excel, Word and general computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of the casino cashiering function and staff.
• Interacts with guests professionally and ensures courteous service.
• Manages an international team of cashiers and motivates performance.
• Implements disciplinary action processes as needed to improve performance.
