Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Casino Department Lead to manage shipboard casino operations, drive revenue targets, and maintain guest satisfaction while ensuring strict compliance with gaming rules and SQM standards across all venues.

You will cultivate relationships with Casino VIPs, oversee staff performance and development, manage financials and cost controls, and lead a diverse, multicultural team to deliver exceptional service and profitable growth aboard the vessel.

Formación

• Two to five years progressive managerial experience in a casino function in an upscale hotel, resort or cruise line (shipboard experience preferred).
• Satisfactory completion of Gaming Board/Commission approved dealer school.
• Ability to manage the financial aspects of a casino operation, including identification of expense reduction and revenue growth through promotions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the ship’s Casino Department with emphasis on core functions including casino operations, achieving revenue targets, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance in all gaming rules and regulations per SQM.
• Build and maintain relationships with Casino VIPs and direct performance management of Casino Staff.
