Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Front Desk Manager to lead the Guest Relations team aboard the ship. You will deliver premium, personalized service, oversee frontline operations, and act as the liaison between the Front Desk and all hotel and marine departments to anticipate guest needs and ensure seamless execution.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while upholding Standards of Excellence and safety guidelines.

Formación

• 4+ years' experience in front desk/managerial roles on a cruise ship.
• Experience handling 100+ guests in a 4–5-star hotel.
• Experience supervising 30+ guest services team members.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Adherence to Celebrity Cruises WAYS standards and safety policies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Front Desk Team to deliver premium, memorable service.
• Coordinate with hotel and marine departments to anticipate guest needs.
• Monitor desk metrics, guest sentiment and escalation handling.
• Maintain professionalism and emergency preparedness on board.
• Ensure accurate financial transactions and cash handling.
