Tech Rise is seeking a Senior Microsoft Developer in Barcelona to design, develop, and maintain scalable digital solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will join a Scrum team across divisions and contribute to a future-proof IT landscape.

You will build and innovate with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, SSRS, Python, and SQL, while aligning with enterprise IT architecture and data security requirements. Hybrid work ensures a balance between office collaboration and remote work.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical field.
• Proven experience in software development within the Microsoft ecosystem, with knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack.
• Familiarity with ERP, enterprise IT architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience in fast-paced, international logistics or supply chain environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and solid communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Developer to design, develop and maintain innovative, scalable digital solutions, largely within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will contribute to a future-proof enterprise IT landscape for a division of 16 companies within the group.

You will join a newly formed functional domain Scrum team in the Barcelona office, driving technological impact in a production-focused environment. Depending on your profile, the team will be one of: Production, Supply Chain, Sales & Engineering, AfterSales or Finance. Final team placement is decided during the hiring process.

What you'll do

Build & innovate

• Develop and maintain applications and tools using Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Copilot Studio and SSRS, as well as Python and SQL.
• Innovate and experiment with emerging technologies like AI agents.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of a unified enterprise IT architecture.

Deliver as a team

• Collaborate within your domain Scrum team to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment activities.

Own quality
