Talan is seeking an experienced PMO/Project Manager to lead the Spanish rollout of a large-scale ERP transformation migrating legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role emphasizes governance, budget control, and coordinating cross-functional teams across IT, business, and integrators in a multinational program entering a key rollout phase in Spain.

Formación

• 5+ years of PMO/Project Manager experience in IT programs.
• Strong ERP implementations or migrations experience.
• Governance, cost control, and resource management skills.
• Ability to structure projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Spanish; based in Spain (remote possible).

Job Description

You will join a large-scale international ERP transformation program focused on migrating legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The program is already live in some countries and entering a key rollout phase in Spain, requiring strong governance, coordination, and cost control.

What you will do

• Structure and manage the overall project governance for the Spanish rollout
• Monitor budget, resources, planning, and risks
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (IT, business, integrators)
• Ensure alignment between global and local stakeholders
• Define and track KPIs, timelines, and delivery milestones
• Manage reporting to senior stakeholders
• Support integration and migration processes

Qualifications

Required:

• +5 years of experience as PMO or Project Manager in complex IT programs
• Strong experience in ERP implementations or migrations
• Proven experience in governance, cost control, and resource management
• Ability to structure projects and manage multiple stakeholders
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Based in Spain (remote possible)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience in international programs
• Background in industrial or finance sectors
